My Take
My overall opinion is that the tool is great. The interactivity of the application is a great plus and it also helps students to learn. I like that the app also gives students freedom to learn on their own, as it is very intuitive. I didn't dislike anything, and highly recommend this app.
How I Use It
I used this product for national coding day, to give students a nice activity. The students responded positively and loved using their creativity to create things using code. I would recommend this application to anyone who has no coding experience and still wants to try it or have fun.

OctoStudio is a fun and interactive coding app designed for kids in grades 1–6
OctoStudio is a great tool to make coding fun and creative for kids. I like that it’s easy to use and doesn’t need accounts or internet. Features like voice notes and Bluetooth pairing are exciting. The only issue might be managing many devices in a class. Overall, it’s a fun way to teach problem-solving and coding.

I love how hands-on this app is.
I love how hands-on this app is. I showed my niece this app and she was able to quickly learn how to give instructions to the character. She doesn't know it yet, but she has the potential to become an exceptional coder.
I like how it's challenging but it's not impossible. Kids won't get discouraged from this, but it won't be too easy for them either. It's the balance of both. I like how they can learn what each button does. If they see that their sprite is moving clockwise, then they will be able to know what clockwise movement is.
