My Take
I did not like the fact that asked the students to sign up. I wish they could just use it without signing up. Most of my students are 13 years old and they do not have an email. I like that it provided 4 options, for students to choose, to show their level of Spanish learning, this is important because native speakers, advanced learners and new students have the opportunity to practice at their own speed and level. I did not like that there was only 1 free lesson, if students wanted to play more they had to upgrade. I liked the visuals and the audio. At the end the game provides scores for students which motivates them because they are competitive.
How I Use It
I am part of the BYOD initiative so when I ask my students to bring their own devices it is usually to show them how to obtain an APP and how to use it. This App is very helpful because students can practice what they know and also learn more vocabulary. Great tool for the visual, auditory and Kinesthetic learners.
