Lalilo is a great way to differentiate Phonics and Word Work activities. I use as a Learning Center activity while I am conducting small group guided reading. Very user friendly for kids which they can do independently.

My Take
I like how easy it is to set up and get the kids going on it. It provides needed phonics practice for students. It is great for differentiation because students can be placed along a continuum based on their skills and needs.
How I Use It
I use this as a Literacy Center during my Guided Reading time. Kids are able to log in quickly and it provides practice with phonics, word building, and sight words.

Great literacy website for students!
Something that I love about it is that it's a pretty independent activity. There are a lot of computer programs out there for students where they need my help to get started or answer questions, but Lalilo is straight forward and easy for them to understand. I love that it's a fun game that helps them learn!
