My Take
Overall, I think that Lalilo is a great teaching tool. I like that it individualizes instruction and reinforces what I've taught. The group of students I work with need a lot of repeated practice on skills and Lalilo does that. I LOVE that it records students' reading. I also really like the great teacher site that lets me look at students' progress easily.
How I Use It
I am the reading intervention teacher, I use Lalilio for additional practice of skills and for introduction of skills. It has worked exceptionally well for these purposes. It's very engaging and keeps the kids attention. I am able to work with 1 -2 students while others are working on Lalilio. The student log in is so easy that even 1st graders are able to get started while I'm working with students. So far, I've not experienced any problems.
