My Take
This site is great for helping students work on phonics and letter identification. Most of my students are visual learners and need to see it in order to learn and this program is perfect for that aspect. I love the fact that what is being done at school can be done at home so the learning process continues. It's a great program for small groups and those that are struggling readers.
How I Use It
I love having Lalilo in the classroom. I'm able to use it in small group rotations so that way students are working on the activities and when they come to a teacher group we can review what they worked on. I love the fact that they can also work on it from home so that way their parents get to see how it's used also.

Great literacy website for students!
Something that I love about it is that it's a pretty independent activity. There are a lot of computer programs out there for students where they need my help to get started or answer questions, but Lalilo is straight forward and easy for them to understand. I love that it's a fun game that helps them learn!
