My Take
It is simple to set up and easy to get started. As the difficulty increases, some students stay engaged. Others tend to get bored. It isn't a one size fits all but one resource to use for those who enjoy it.
How I Use It
I have used this program whole group twice and set up the class. About half the class has worked on the program during small group and centers and so far, about half of them have been staying engaged and been increasing knowledge.

Great literacy website for students!
Something that I love about it is that it's a pretty independent activity. There are a lot of computer programs out there for students where they need my help to get started or answer questions, but Lalilo is straight forward and easy for them to understand. I love that it's a fun game that helps them learn!
