Not as advertised. Like a cheap video game from the 1980s.

I really enjoy all aspects of this product. The only shortfall is the long load time; however, they are great at support and working with customers to fix any glitches that arise.

The following is a list describing why I use Labster: 1. 20+ Virtual labs for microbiology, and many other topic areas 2. Easy to set up and use 3. Virtual labs delve deep into subject matter, ie. Immunology 4. Topics help meet course objectives 5. Virtual labs give students a "laboratory experience" when otherwise there would be no experience at all 6. Customer service is fast and effective 7. Instructor can simply observe student progress The only issue that I have run across is the campus computer system does not support Labster, therefore I must ask my students to use the WiFi with their private devices. Most devices are now compatible with Labster.

Labster is constantly expanding its offerings of science labs; they already have an impressive selection of biology, chemistry, & physics simulations. Since I started using Labster, they have built a campus community for instructors to provide support & information, and I have received excellent customer service when I have had to contact them. They are incredibly helpful for students, providing easy-to-use student help & troubleshooting tips.
