My Take
This is a really easy to use tool and really excites the students. It helps gamify the classroom, getting every single student to participate. You can save the results of each Kahoot and even have students rematch themselves using ghost mode!
How I Use It
I am so surprised that this tool does not have 5 stars, because it is so loved by the teachers I work with and know outside of school.
This tool can turn any multiple choice quiz into the funnest lesson ever. You can add videos, images or just text to make your quizzes. I've had my math teacher doing Kahoots where they give students two minutes to answer a question, and the question is an image, with a formula. I've had P.E. teachers do quick Kahoots where students only have 10 seconds to answer the question. We've done whole school Kahoots, where everyone takes part on their own phone, through to assembly Kahoots where groups gather around their advisor/tutor to work together on one device.
I've also had students create Kahoots, including an amazing one for World Book Day and SLT have used it in teacher training sessions.
