Great news source for students and keeps them engaged on what is going on in the world.
How I Use It
I would have students choose an article of Google News every week, on whatever topic they like, and write a page long summary of their current event.

Great news site for student to use
This is a good website for students to start to learn reading about news. It also has a fact check section on the right hand side. Nowadays, there are way too many fake or false information on the internet, so it is a great feature to let students know how to fact check their source of information. And the center of the website is the headlines, the format and the display are easy to follow along.
