I honestly cannot say too much negative about Google Drive. I have seen the change in my students' abilities with the addition of Drive. They can and DO share with each other and improve upon their writing before submitting.
How I Use It
In combination with school-wide gmail accounts, and Google Classroom, Google Drive is amazing! It is simple to create an assignment and push it out to all of my students. This allows them to edit their own copy. The best feature is the "Share" feature. They love sending their work to other students for feedback. During labs, it is easy for me to send them the data tables and each group will have one person typing and the group performs the necessary tasks. *BONUS: Sloppy typing is far less of a problem than sloppy handwriting
