My Take

We use GoogleDrive constantly in my classes. I am able to give students quick, easy to read and process feedback with their documents. Students enjoy resolving any issues through revision, and enjoy using Google as a tool for writing. They definitely have a heightened motivation when we are using the applications offered in GoogleDrive! We've just scratched the surface, and couldn't be happier!

How I Use It

I use it to access GoogleDocs, GoogleSpreadsheets and GooglePresentations with students. In addition, we use Gooru Learning via GoogleDrive. Students write science essays and practice producing spreadsheets and writing formulas. Everything I have tried via GoogleDrive has worked so far. Last year, we had a bit of difficulty using GoogleDocs on the Ipads. This year we have adaptors, stands, and old desktop keyboards for the Ipads. This fairly inexpensive solution has expanded our use of the Ipads immensely, as students are now easily collaborating in GoogleDrive with them!
