Great concept but could use some teacher input to improve.

My Take

This is a fantastic way to have lessons, resources, notices all available in the same area and ensures that students can revisit work set whether at school or elsewhere (the app is a bonus with our tech savvy students these days). While Google Classroom is excellent for a high school setting where all students do the same activities, it can be a little more tedious when used in a primary school setting. There seems to be no way to make preset groupings within the classroom without individually selecting each student every task you give to the group.
The feature I have particularly enjoyed is having online resources available to students at anytime, it means my students know exactly where to look for their work and to find out what to do next. It has also been handy, as we are moving more towards a paperless classroom, providing students the ability to instantly make a copy of an item and hand it in all in the same area.
Although Google Classroom has some shortfalls it has the ability to improve and is currently providing an excellent online platform for teachers to communicate with students.
