My Take

As a teaching tool I think Google Classroom would be perfect for anyone that is trying to create a flipped classroom or just wants to give their students more freedom inside and outside of the classroom. I find that even the most introverted students communicated more using Google Classroom either though the use of docs or the class wall. Google Classroom has a very simple interface and requires very little time to learn.

How I Use It

I used Google Classroom with the upper grade students. I created an environment where all of their lessons and assignments were found in this LMS. Students were allowed to work collaboratively and at different paces because they could pick up and finish their work whenever they wanted outside of class. Students were also able to make constructive comments and ask questions on other students document through the seamless use of Google Apps. The one good thing about Google Classroom is that it is constantly evolving though the use of user feedback and it is all in the cloud so there is no need to update any software.
