My Take

I love throwing in one of the Gonoodles in between a song that we sing as a class to get the kids up and moving. There are a lot of varying types of movement (dancing, stretching, etc.) so all kids can and do participate. Best of all, its free!

How I Use It

We have a long morning in our 2nd grade classroom. We go from 9 am until 11 without a break! My students need to get up and move if they are to continue to learn. I choose one the activities from Gonoodle OR I let the students choose as part of my incentive program. The lengths vary, so if you have more time you can do a longer one or vice versa.
