My Take
This is a great resource for a teaching tool. I like that it is fun, engaging, user friendly, and quick to do. It helps students refocus after they have been engaging cognitive tasks for lengthy periods of time. The downside is that a few of the videos are not available for play because of they way they are linked to youtube. Other than that, it is very easy to use, and the students love it.
How I Use It
We have used this for Brain Breaks throughout our day. The videos can be customized for something upbeat, calming, different age groups, etc. Students love it and are all engaged. The character that you create as a mascot for your class changes and grows as you participate in more brain break videos.

Great for Getting the Energy Out
I love this tool because it is fun and engaging, especially for younger kids. Kids love to sing and dance, and those activities are not always incorporated in a regular school day.

Gets students moving and gives them a quick break!
I think this is a great tool to gives students a chance to give their brains a break and have some movement. Sitting at a desk all day can be difficult for many students so GoNoodle allows them to get up and move around. When each video starts, it tells the viewer what the purpose of that video is. Students know what to expect and can follow the video. This website has videos that show different subjects so teachers can decide what video applies to the lesson they are teaching and use it to have fun with their students.
