My Take
My overall opinion is that while fun, there are rare instances when the website provides real educational value. This is something that people play outside of school for fun, not really about learning. But if used properly and at the right time, it can connect to a geography unit for people of all ages. Also might be good for a cultural unit as students can see up close different parts of the world and maybe lose some biases about certain countries.
How I Use It
I would use this resource in my teaching if we were doing a geography unit and exploring different cities around the world because then it might be topical. I would also add a competition element and see who in the class can get the highest score.

It would be even better if it had a difficulty setting, educational facts about the locations, and a filtering system for inappropriate content.

Fun test of geography skills
I enjoy playing this game by myself sometimes just to see how well I can identify areas of the world through deduction. The experience a student might have playing is heavily decided by how much knowledge they have of the outside world. Only would suggest it for older students.
