Community Review for Epic! - Kids' Books and Videos
My Take
I love using EPIC. This has been an engaging addition to what I was already doing. It has also allowed me to easily access books that will help with my diverse learners on all levels.
How I Use It
I use EPIC to in a few ways. The first is as a self-directed reading to self center. The students can select books on their level or I can assign books for the students to read. I use this specifically to help with students of different levels or even ELL because of the diverse options it gives. The second way I use EPIC is specifically for research. I allow students to use My Collections to guide their research and help with different projects we work on.

It seems that the platform's functionality is limited and lacks features essential for effective library management, such as tracking books read. The poor support experience, with repetitive and irrelevant responses from the representative, adds to the frustration. If no resolution has been provided despite multiple attempts to contact them, it may be worth exploring alternative platforms with better customer service and comprehensive features aligned with the school's needs.
