Community Review for Epic! - Kids' Books and Videos
My Take
This is an excellent resource for the classroom. It is flexible and easy for teachers and students to utilize in a way that works for them.
How I Use It
I used Epic for student independent reading time, increasing the size of my classroom library substantially. Students could also use the non-fiction books Epic for research. I did not often use the assigned reading option but believe that it could be useful. The read to me option is fantastic for beginning readers.

It seems that the platform's functionality is limited and lacks features essential for effective library management, such as tracking books read. The poor support experience, with repetitive and irrelevant responses from the representative, adds to the frustration. If no resolution has been provided despite multiple attempts to contact them, it may be worth exploring alternative platforms with better customer service and comprehensive features aligned with the school's needs.
