My Take
I think this is an excellent teaching tool. It gives students many different choices of books they like. It helps to serve my students by encouraging them to read and supporting students who don't read on their own. It doesn't have any quizzes or content creation, but it is perfect for what it is.
How I Use It
This is a great e-book app. It has many popular books that students are interested in, rather than some of the rather dull and interesting ones used to find out kids levels. I use it for free reading when students forget a book as they can choose many different ones to read. Students are also able to pick one of the many Read To Me books that reads the book to the students who are unable to read to themselves. This is great for K-2.
