My Take
This is a great tool to use in the classroom for behavior management. You can add as many behaviors (positive and negative) as you would like. I like that you can focus more on the positive behaviors and engage those hard workers, and it helps push those students that can go either way to work a little harder to earn a point. It is relatively easy to add a class, especially if you have a document with students names already made. It also creates class and individual data, which is extremely important in helping monitoring student behavior. It also creates log-ins for students, so they or his/her families can log-in and see how they are doing.
How I Use It
I use this tool everyday as a computer teacher in an elementary school. The students love hearing the ding when they earned a "Dojo Point." I made a reward system based on this tool. It is on the internet, but it also has an app, which is great when I am out of the classroom and need to add or take away a point. I wish that for each class they would allow you to arrange students in a seating chart, instead of it being a list of students, this would definitely help at the beginning of the year when learning over 400 students names.
