My Take
This app is amazing! This resource is very useful in the education realm. The videos are great quality with full of knowledge and the questions are clear to the point. I liked that BrainPOP is awesome interactive learning atmosphere for students, it's useful for different learning styles since all people are different. This app is also great because it can be used in a classroom and in online remote learning, so there are many options. I also liked that this app tracks students progress, so teachers can see what the class needs to improve on. One of the major disadvantages of this program is the cost, it is expensive and the school districts would have to pay a high price to implement into the lesson plan rotation. Overall I love this app!!
How I Use It
Looking through the BrainPOP software, it looks very engaging and interactive. If I was a teacher in the education realm I would include this in my lesson plans because there are fun puzzles, videos full of information and this resource is enjoyable to use. This website and app is a wonderful asset for students and teachers because it has in depth knowledge about any subject and topic. BrainPOP can be used from Social Studies , English, Math and in many more subjects. This online education system is great because there are pop quizzes and it includes playful assessments that students may take to further improve on a knowledge of an topic. If I was a teacher I would literary use this app for every subject. I feel like this program would make the educational setting more interactive and students can ask engaging questions about certain topics. If I was a English Teacher for example, I would make students watch a video about new vocabulary, then I would pause for them to answer quiz questions to see what new information they learned. I feel like this is one of the best websites in the teaching setting, I recommend teachers to incorporate this into their system.
