My Take
I really like to use this site! All areas are included on this site. Some videos are very basic while others are more in depth. All the videos are about 5 minutes long. Students really like to watch Tim and Mobley.
How I Use It
I use this product for a variety of reasons. From using a video for an anticipatory set to accessing prior knowledge. This is a great site to use in whole group or as individuals. This site has a wide variety of topics from multiplying fractions to the first flight of the Wright Brothers! Each video includes a quiz at the end. Students can take a practice quiz or a real quiz that can be used for a grade.

Provides brief and understandable explanations about new topics
I believe that this tool is extremely helpful in educational settings. The animations of the videos help students remain attentive while watching videos and ensure that they have a brief understanding of the topics.

BrainPOP is awesome for young learners!
I do think brainPOP is great for young learners. This teaching tool is very interactive, you will find things like quizzes, small assignments, and little activities during the video to mess around with. The video is also great for young learners, they make it so students don't feel distracted. In other words, brainPOP makes learning fun! I liked all these things, I like interactive teaching tool that does more than play a video on a topic.
