It is a great teaching tool. The videos are cute and the kids learn the names of the characters in the video. If brain pop had more videos on more advanced topic it would be great.
How I Use It
I use brain pop as a hook. It is great though because some of the topics have worksheets to go with them. If you use it too often the kids get bored and it loses it effectiveness.

BrainPOP is awesome for young learners!
I do think brainPOP is great for young learners. This teaching tool is very interactive, you will find things like quizzes, small assignments, and little activities during the video to mess around with. The video is also great for young learners, they make it so students don't feel distracted. In other words, brainPOP makes learning fun! I liked all these things, I like interactive teaching tool that does more than play a video on a topic.
