My Take
This has something for everyone--both advanced and remedial, along with curriculum content and inquiry learning. The short Brain Pop movies are great for starting a lesson or as supplements to research. It helps students explore topics of interest for research. And it can be accessed at home.
How I Use It
I used it mostly for supplement---research, flybys of inquiry, etc. It was made available to all families, so it become part of both home and school learning.

Provides brief and understandable explanations about new topics
I believe that this tool is extremely helpful in educational settings. The animations of the videos help students remain attentive while watching videos and ensure that they have a brief understanding of the topics.

BrainPOP is awesome for young learners!
I do think brainPOP is great for young learners. This teaching tool is very interactive, you will find things like quizzes, small assignments, and little activities during the video to mess around with. The video is also great for young learners, they make it so students don't feel distracted. In other words, brainPOP makes learning fun! I liked all these things, I like interactive teaching tool that does more than play a video on a topic.
