My Take
The students loved creating an ABC book with this product. It was very intuitive, and there was even a helpful tutorial built in. I created my own for the students here:

My only critique is that it was difficult for students to collaborate on a single book. It was great for individual books, but working in groups could not happen on multiple iPads in real time, like with Google Presentation.
I did love the "feel" of the book when it was published to iBooks, as the pages could be turned in more of a natural way.
How I Use It
The overall process was great, but the creator requires additional incorporation of apps or images to create complete pages. The recording function and the links to pages differentiates the iBook from a traditional book. It was also more cost effective to publish this way versus in the traditional format. It is important to notes that only devices that can read ePub files will be able to view the completed books.
