I Cannot Believe It Is Free!! Great Product!!
I love this program!! Its easy to use, the students enjoy it, the reports are easy to read, and there is a parent component. All of this for free. There is an optional paid program, but the free version is plenty to get a great start.

A very useful tool that allows students personalized, adaptive, and independent literacy practice. I love that Lalilo has a systematic progression to the lessons so that students are always growing and reaching goals.
I love this product! It allows me the freedom to work with small groups or individuals and know that my other students on Lalilo are working on skills at their level. I can track their progress through their data and assign specific skills to work on when needed.

Meets my students exactly at their level
I will continue to use Lalilo on a weekly basis with my students. I like that the application is not too flashy or loud, so even my students with sensory needs are willing to use it with the sound on. The instruction and graphics are not too childish. My students are 4th/ 5th graders but read at a 1st/2nd reading level.

The visuals and concept of the program is great for students. It introduces them to helpful technology programs that can actually help. However the modeling and examples could be better.
Overall, it is helpful to younger children but I find a benefit in it for upper elementary kids who are on very low levels.

My 1st graders love hearing themselves read words that Lalilo recorded and played back for them. It takes phonics to a whole other level when they can actually compare what they hear themselves saying to the correct pronunciation.
I love the way this program has a demo student, I wish every program did this. It allows me to demonstrate what the students will be doing without posing as a student or worrying about messing up an actual students progress. I appreciate that directions are read to students and repeatable with just a click. I do wish that I could pick the school code that my students use instead of a password. I know that eventually my students will get it memorized, and it is much easier than individual students usernames and passwords, but I would love the chance to make it something personal and memorable to my school.

Great phonics website!
I think Lalilo offers a variety of phonics skills that students of all levels can excel in. I feel like it is slowly making a difference in my classroom. I have been using it since September and my kids are becoming a little tired of it, but I feel like it is too important for them to stop doing.

Great Addition to Language Learning
Lalilo has made great improvements to grab and keep students engaged in using the app. It's set up was easy and families can login with their children at home which has become so important this year as we're all engaged in distance learning.

Great use for intervention!
I use Lalilo during independent center time. It reinforces activities and skills that are taught to my special education students explicitly by me. The students get approximately 15-20 minutes each day using Lalilo; I'm able to see their progressions and what still needs to be retaught during my center. It helps drive my instruction based on their need. I'm also able to group/pair based on where their learning is.
The only thing that needs improvement is the speak option. I have a nonverbal student. It is harder for her to interact with this program when it is asking for her to speak into the microphone. That is really my only complaint!

I love the idea that students can independently access the program and work through. Along with this independence it allows teachers to assign needed skills based on their IEP goals and needs.
I do like that it covers basic phonics skills and still interest older students. I appreciate the options to have students work on different skills.

Testing the program for our district. As I clicked through the demo version, I wasn’t sure my kids would buy in, but they love it! One think of love to see is an option to get the diagnostics for the French version available in English.
So far, so good. I like the results that I can see and I can direct my teaching based off of if. It also offers a challenge for my few students who need it.
For the book rewards, it would be nice to have the words that are being read highlighted, and or to have a bit more animation with them. My students have no prior knowledge of French to draw from, so the more visual clues the better!
