Increase classroom instructional time, collaboration, and communication
My overall opinion of this tool is that it has greatly improved since it first was introduced. It was easy for both teacher and students to use and for parents to see what the students were working on in class. I liked that it was easy to see who had turned in assignments and allowed me to give immediate feedback to students that came to them in an email when assignment was graded and returned. It also was helpful for students who were absent, because they could go right to Google Classroom and see what assignments they had and have digital access to the resources we were using in class.

Increase instructional time, communication and collaboration by using Google Classroom.
I fully stand behind Google Classroom. It has allowed me to do my job better. My favorite feature is the ability to post videos and other content and assign them ahead of time which has allowed for much deeper discussion during the face to face class time. Also, the communication between students as been amazing through Google Classroom.

A new norm in the modern classroom.
I believe Google Classroom has the potential for students and teachers to keep track of class. I've only used with face to face classes, but can see the potential to use Google Classroom with online only classes. The greatest benefit of Google Classroom is its use as a landing space to keep track of what is discussed in class, a visible forum for students and teachers to interact within and a one-stop-shop for posting assignments, resources and quizzes. As more features are added to GC and it's easier to link to other educational resources I wonder what the future potential will allow teachers and students to do. I would like the ability to use Google Classroom as a private teacher outside of my school's Google account. Perhaps that is something Google can extend to individual users.

Very enagaging my students and I love it!
This is a great teacher tool. As students submit assignments I can grade on the go and I can submit assignments on the go. Students love being on their tablets and phones and is accessible on all devices and they enjoy working on the computer in class and at home and knowing they are getting immediate feed back.

Makes Mobile Learning Easy
The Google Classroom App translates into a great experience on a mobile device. I’ve been using Google Classroom with students since it first came out. The experience on a mobile website isn’t too bad, but I did find myself using tools like Ignition or TeamViewer to remote into my computer to get the full experience. By using the app users can allow notifications on their mobile device and post pictures and videos directly from their phone and tablet. Best of all the app is free and contains no ads.
Tip: If you are using Google Classroom with your students you may also want to try the Google’s Share to Classroom Extension for Chrome. It allows you to push links directly to your students’ browsers.

Creating, Collaborating and Sharing-- Google Classroom
Excellent and engaging format for students and teachers, supporting the education of the 21st century students through collaboration and sharing their creative projects. Students can explore, create and learn at their own pace, using the tutorials or fellow students to learn the intricacies of the suite of tools. Google Classroom supports individualized learning both in the classroom and through the online environment, allowing the teacher to offer hands on help when needed and online comments to support the learning of each student. Offers another opportunity for all the students' voices to be heard and their needs for learning to be addressed in a more individual manner.

Student Centered Learning !
I believe that classroom is an exceptional teaching tool, the one problem is accessibility for those students who absolutely do not have access to any devices. However in a setting where all or most students have accessibility it is amazing for keeping students accountable for their work. No more lost worksheets!

Assignments, resources, collaboration, commenting/peer editing, grading all wrapped into one in one place!
Editing and providing feedback is a snap. In a lab situation where I see students once a week, it is not always easy to meet with each in a 40 minute period. Students could work during lab, help each other, I assisted when needed, and they left. I could access their work anytime, anywhere with an Internet connection and leave comments for them. Next lab, there was no wasted time. Students knew to read my comments to edit their work. This freed me to meet with the few who needed face time. The students enjoyed using the app too. They looked forward to the next assignment, and actually asked me if they could continue to work at home instead of waiting until the next lab period! I did need to take some time the first couple times using the app to teach the students how to use the features. It didn't take long before they were able to use the app with just an introduction to the new project.

The Document Management System You've Been Waiting For
Ironically, we've been able to "sell" Google Classroom to teachers by addressing what teachers may be "battling" without using Google Classroom including: students not sharing Google documents, presentations, etc. correctly and/or at all, students forgetting to not send an email to teachers when they share a document, students naming their documents incorrectly, students not giving teacher editing rights to a shared document, or teachers having a difficult time keeping their Google Drive organized so they can more easily and efficiently locate student work. Google Classroom addresses and solves all of these challenges in one fail swoop. We have 300+ teachers leveraging the power of Google Classroom in our school district and that number grows each week. The feedback we hear from teachers regarding Google Classroom cannot be minimized. The teachers love all it does. I would love to see a feature where teachers can easily assign something to a small group of students within a class. Knowing Google, they're already working on this feature as we speak. Quite simply, if you're using Google Apps for Education in your classroom and not using Google Classroom you are missing on on a tool which will make your life much simpler.
