I like this app because it keeps students engaged while providing them with a better understanding of fractions and some guided practice with times tables. The app does not teach, it only builds on prior knowledge. You could not use this app to help teach any concepts of fractions or times tables because no explanations are provided. The snake with times tables is slightly confusing but when you get the hang of it, it is easier to piece together; however, it does not teach a lot of times tables; very few times tables are introduced. No explanations are provided for wrong answers or any problem explained. For a paid app, I would expect greater detail and some explanation. More variety would also be a plus for this app.
