eSpark was my students favorite product to use. They loved to interact and video what they learned. It is a great overall product!

I love that it is easy for a busy teacher, but also individualized for students. The students get the instruction they need without teachers having to go in and assign lessons one by one. I love that they send emails to me to let me know who is doing great! My kids loved the high fives! And they also send emails to tell me who is struggling, and what they are struggling with. Then they also include in that email a lesson to run with that small group to practice the skill they are lacking. It's been a great addition to our schedule!

eSpark is a great learning tool. It easily became an integral part of our daily agenda. The ease with which students can navigate eSpark make it extra engaging for them.

What I like most about this product is the comprehensive way that it teaches each concept to the student using various modalities. This is very important because students learn in different ways. I also like the reports I get from eSpark as to who is struggling, and what my students are struggling with. I feel I have a partnership with the company and not just forgotten about once I pay for the product.

eSpark is amazing - between the content that they provide, the customer support they give, and the kids' enjoyment of the product... it's a no brainer!!! It's going to be a part of my classroom every year!

I love eSpark because it allows the students to work at their appropriate level. I teach first grade and have students in Pre-K through 3rd grade levels in eSpark. It allow me to differentiate instruction through very little effort on my part. Students love making the videos and show casing their learning.

Our school district, purchased a different program and the students did not enjoy it at all, it was mandatory for them to work 30 minutes a day on it. My students would beg and plead for us to just do eSpark instead! The reports you can get as a teacher are an added wealth to the overall program. It helps pinpoint which students don't have a grasp on specific skills and it alerts you so you can intervene in a timely manner. My students loved the weekly high fives. The list of students was emailed to me and we would have a simple "high five awards" ceremony. I love everything about this program from the ease of use to the ability to add delete skills and students. I had several Special Needs students in and out of my classroom, they could come into the classroom, grab a Chromebook, and feel like one of the regular students while working on their own level.

I love eSpark and prefer it to many of the adaptive pathway learning platforms that I have seen or used prior. Many other programs ask question after question without offering the student any teaching or reteaching of the content. eSpark's curated collection of videos, activities, and games actually help the students to understand and practice the content. There are questions for progress monitoring and assessment, but they are not the focus. I like that the platform asks students to reflect on their feelings and emotional state at the start of each session and asks for their opinion (thumbs up or down) after each video or game. Like all teaching tools, it does have limitations- the greatest of which being the assignment feature in the teacher portal which allows you to send specific topic "quests" to the students. From my understanding, it is relatively new so bugs are to be expected. It doesn't allow me to assign more than one lesson without refreshing the page and I can't rearrange the order in which lessons are pushed to students; they just get added to the end of a queue. On a positive note, the adaptive pathway functions separately from the assigned lessons so that students can continue working once their assigned work is complete or switch focus if the assigned work is too challenging. The program doesn't seem to track what content each student covers in their own adaptive pathway, so it is entirely possible that I could send a kid a lesson they've already worked through. You can see what children work on each week but the data doesn't seem to get stored anywhere once the week is through. Since it pulls from a variety of online sources, there can be glitchy moments where the technology fails us or links are broken. It is easy enough to go in and bypass these chunks from a student's lesson sequence (and a good safeguard that they can't willy-nilly skip through the lessons themselves). I also think it is neat that eSpark encourages students to create a culminating video at the end of each quest to showcase their learning on the topic.

I love eSpark. Students learn and practice at their individualized pace and level. As a teacher, I get notifications when students accomplish tasks or need extra support. ESpark provides video suggests and groupings for students who need extra support as well.

This tool was great to have for my learners in all areas for extensions and for extra learning. My students loved when they were given time to use E-Spark.
