My Take
I love eSpark because it allows the students to work at their appropriate level. I teach first grade and have students in Pre-K through 3rd grade levels in eSpark. It allow me to differentiate instruction through very little effort on my part. Students love making the videos and show casing their learning.
How I Use It
I use eSpark daily during my literacy center time. All my students use it for 15 minutes daily. They love their time in this program and frequently request to do it more. The students do not find it boring as they are always doing something different. It exposes them to stories, songs, games, quizzes, videos, etc. I love the variety and so do my students.

Tailored to my students
This is a convenient and effective teaching tool. The user-friendly teacher end helps me see reports on usage and student success, which I can use to communicate with parents. I encourage kids to use it a few times each week at home, and even more for students who have fallen below grade level.

Wonderful adaptive resource for reading, writing, and math.
I love how eSpark adapts to my students based on what they are able to complete on their own. I am not overly fond of the writing portion of eSpark. It does not help my students expand on a story as much as I would like to see. At this point, though they are expanding, there are not enough skills for some areas of math and reading.
