Can You Kahoot?
Absolutely love Kahoot! I started using Kahoot and absolutely find the ability to download the results to an excel spreadsheet a great bonus. I added a formula in the last column which allows the ability to calculate an average for each participant. In addition the format of the spreadsheet clearly identifies which questions the students got wrong. The data is an invaluable tool to having immediate feedback and driving instruction as I am able to immediately assess the lesson plan executed and identify skills that need to be addressed and/or retaught. The one issue a teacher might have within the classroom will be students access to the technology to execute properly ( ie laptops, desktops, cellphones with proper apps for data usage, etc.

Can you Kahoot!?
Very attractive, engaging, kids will love it. Competitive feature will keep kids wanting to get it, and stick with it. Limited in terms of what types of questions you can ask.

Terrific classroom tool.
The instant access is awesome. No login/account setup is necessary for students. They type the code and they're ready to go (using their own device, e.g., laptops, smartphones, etc.). Overall, it enriches the learning environment. After the quiz, the students are so excited to share their thoughts/take on the quiz and discuss right and wrong answers. The program does not provide additional resources but it allows users to share their quizzes and so there are numerous teacher created resources available.

Kahoot is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Kahoot is a great teaching tool, and using it is an easy way to incorporate technology in the classroom. High school students love using their phones any chance they get. By asking students to use Kahoot to respond to discussion questions, students stay engaged, and I remain completely updated and informed on where every learner is at in my classroom. Students see Kahoot as a fun activity, rather than an assessment tool. Most importantly, Kahoot is very easy to use and does not take much time at all to incorporate in a lesson plan.

Great fun for the students, quick assessment, but doesn't show results overtime.
The students really enjoyed this, and had no idea that we were introducing vocabulary words. I would use it again.

Excellent assessment tool! My 5th grade class asks for me to include Kahoot in our lessons!
This project as a teaching tool is fun, easy, interactive, engaging, flexible, and as much or as little time consuming as desired. The only problem I had was after I made a quiz, when students went to take it, the videos and pictures added to each question were not appearing when played on a different computer than the one it was made on.

Great interactive tool for formative assessment in the classroom
Overall a great tool to use for formative assessment, whether it is a review in class, or even to begin a unit to get students thinking. You won't hit super high cognitive thinking here- really just recall-type questions (all multiple choice). I did start creating a couple students accounts as a way to involve my students on a little deeper basis- if THEY create some of the content and quizzes for each other, it requires them to think about the content a bit more.
