Students Asking to Practice Math!!
Prodigy is a great teaching tool! I love that students ask to get on and play, when they play, they're practicing their math skills. I also get lots of data and can see what students are doing and praise/redirect as needed. I love that I can assign 1 students or all my students specific skills or even a general grade level review. It's the perfect tool to replace a Winter or Spring break package. It is a great center rotation for students.

Great source for engaging math students
I think Prodigy is a great tool in the classroom. It helps to get the students excited about what standards we are working on. I love that the students ask to log on when they have free time. The best part of this site is the planner is so easy to set up. I can easily go in and set up exactly what standard I want the the students working on and what dates I want. It helps those students who need extra help and is great for small groups.

Great source to use in the classroom. Students love it and I love it.
I love that it gives placement test. Allow me to see what type of questions are being used on each skill. It is a competition for students, about 23 out of 28 students placement matched that of NWEA.

My students love it! We have a Prodigy Club at lunchtimes - this has encouraged Cross-curricula engagement and seen Year 6 students working with and supporting Year 1 students.

Great for engaging reluctant math students!
This is great! I love how there is data that the product gives me based on how the students are doing with each question and standard! I think it really helps enhance and is good for interventions when I might not always see where the kids are getting lost in the grand scheme of math, this site helps really break that down for each student! I would love to see more resources (like Lexia) that have teacher lessons for individual students. I think that this would help the students get more out of the program. I do love how engaging and how much the kids WANT to play it!

Engaging Math Tool for Students
Make sure that students put their best efforts in the pre-test, otherwise, some students will purposely not do well on the test and be placed at a lower level so they can easily answer all the questions in the game.

The students are engaged and they get excited when we do the program. I do like how I can put the math standards to the program.
I do use this only when I have time. and for review. It is not part of my overall teaching. I would like to see more of helping students learn the process instead of keep moving them forward if they don't understand a concept.

Total Math Engagement for ALL grades
Truly this is a tool to use if you are trying to find more Math engagement. It has a variety of ways to attain student data and for a teacher that is essential. It takes maybe less than 5 minutes to set a different standard for your students, it's simple and efficient. The best part your students are having FUN doing Math!
The only thing I would've liked to have is a way to assign different standards at the same time. Differentiation for students that maybe need just a little bit more practice with a certain concept.

Great supplemental tool for math!
I love this product! It is such a great way for students to continue their learning in math. They love that they get to battle after they practice. I am learning more about this product and am finding that you can create your own assessments to see if students are understanding a concept or not. I am really excited to start using this aspect of the product!
