Great Math Motivator!
I love it. It does need to have a few more options for Australian residents, but overall it's great.

Very educational game and great for sub days!
I think this website is awesome, and I love the diversity of information that the students are able to learn. My only wish is that they had high school content as well.

A great math game for your classroom.
I absolutely love prodigy as an engagement tool. It gets the kids learning without them realizing they are doing their assignment.

Useful and Engaging Math Program!
My classroom is 1:1, and I teach 1st grade. Last year, any time we used our math program in class; it was a battle. Students couldn't log on; then they weren't engaged and working once they did log on. Something they were supposed to be working on independently seemed to require a lot of help and supervision. I thought maybe laptops are just too hard for 1st graders. I WAS SO WRONG. This year, I started using Prodigy. My students are very quick to login to their devices and get working on Prodigy. They want to work on their laptops all the time - even during recess, haha! I am a huge fan of Prodigy. It keeps students engaged; I think they especially love the social component of being able to battle each other. They are also very motivated to get answers right, so even though the game doesn't actually teach the concepts to kids, when they get things wrong, they pay attention to the immediate feedback because they want to figure it out and get it right next time. I also really appreciate the data it gives to teachers, the way it lets me align what they work on in class and what they work on on Prodigy, and the variety of questions it gives students for each standard. One wish I do have is that they add on some kindergarten content. Prodigy allows teachers to assign standards from different grade levels - above or below the student's actual grade. Teaching 1st grade, I wish I could assign kindergarten standards to those who are struggling.

Amazing Connectivity
I think this is a great tool to increase student engagement. The students love this as an alternative to paper homework and it is just as meaningful. It is much easier to gather data as an educator because it is a digital tool that organizes the information for you. Students love the game-feel of the program and give great feedback about the questions asked.

Anyone who will listen!!!
My students have consistently shown greater growth on NWEA MAP tests in math since I began my blended instructional model, including Prodigy in my daily math instruction. Prodigy allows me to meet each student where he or she is and continue his or her skill development, as well as to provide practice and review of what we have already worked on in our small groups. I could not possibly met all of the needs of my students on my own, but Prodigy allows me to ensure my students are getting what they need!

Great motivator for students to practice math skills!
I love using Prodigy! The kids are always excited to play which gives them many more positive experiences with math than some kids who struggle might normally have. It is so easy to align it with what I am teaching or use as an assessment tool after a unit. Prodigy has also given me more ways to "gameify" math in my classroom when I use it for a whole group instruction tool!
