The Worst Thing I have ever encountered!!!
It only teaches one way, it has no subtitles and no other way to teach students, the questions on assignments are not always accurate and are often incorrect when it could be an opinionated question, the iready then tries to tell you why the student got it wrong, it may take several minutes, it is a waste of time and prevents students from learning. Iready is supposed to put the student at their level, but I have not seen that, you need Iready to be engaging.

This is a horrible program! This is inaccurate, for example it says 2 to the first power times six is not twelve, which is incorrect. This happened in lesson prime factors part 1 level F. This is a time wasting and noneducational program. It is nonsense.
I would not require this product because it depresses children. Children hate this program and wish they could do something else, which they should.

Waste of time and money. Creates discipline problems
This program is making my young students (kindergarteners) who should be loving technology hate it. It’s not a good program in my opinion. Boring and monotonous. Starfall. Abc mouse. MUCH better educational and fun games for them

Don't waste your money
Not an effective teaching tool. I think there are much better options out there.

iReady is great for teacher resources, intervention, and online lessons, however the data piece is very confusing , and the Diagnostic test is should not be used as a teacher or student evaluation piece. The tests are too hard and confusing for little kid
It is good in all areas except the Diagnostic. The lessons are cute and beneficial but the test is not made for primary students (too wordy, too hard). It has great lesson resources for teachers in areas of Reading, Math, and intervention, as well as center resources.

Great interactive math that challenges students at their level.
I love this product as a teaching tool. My planning time isn't used finding activities for students during RTI. I am able to focus on a lesson planning in other areas. I like that the students take a placement test and get to work on their level. Some of my 3rd grade students are still counting objects while others are adding fractions. I refer a few kids each year to the Gifted and Talented program which they have to test into. This program helps them to keep advancing and not be stagnant in their learning. They are able to be successful and test into the program where they will be challenged. I feel it is important for each student to have individualized learning and i-ready makes this easy for an educator.
I also assign lessons that correlate with what we are learning in class. This allows them to practice the skill in a different way on their way to mastery.

This is the single worst program I have ever used
It is awful. It is very cheesy and ineffective. Students dread it when they have to do it and frankly I dread seeing it to. It will give long, simple and stupid explanations that leave you very confused using horrible examples that do not help them learn at all. The characters talk to them like they are babies and they have to do a lesson, then a quiz. The lesson doesn't help at all. Also, if you fail one lesson then the next time it will be even easier and worse. Then if you succeed it will be far to hard the next time. There is no balance, the annoying characters make it worse and the math problems take so long to do no matter how simple because they make it harder. Instead of just asking "What is the mean of the this data" they have to go through unnessesary details that get them thinking the wrong way and they fail over and over again until they can't take it anymore. It is also expensive in total. And ineffective. If you value your students success do not use this program. Are grades in math have actually gone down sinse we started using it because they are not being taught right.

hate it
It does not help the students. The students are not engaged whatsoever and it makes the children suffer.

Why we shouldn't really use iReady as a teaching tool to students.
This is not a website I should recommend. That's all.
