Joust for the right to build one's vocabulary!
I really enjoyed this teaching tool, but it is limited in its vocabulary words and may be best for ELL or ESL students. I really enjoyed how the app gave students the ability to login with their google username and play against friends. I also liked how the app gave "quests" to learn new words, then allowed students "training" time to practice previous words and then gave "stats" on their progress and leader boards. The one major downside is that teachers can't see students progress, so unless your students took screenshots and sent them to you as a teacher, you would never know how they are progressing with this app. Perhaps in time Google will be able to link to Google Drive and you can use this in coordination with Google for Education apps?
