I loved it. It gave basics without talking over the students head. Great visuals, it really helped with understanding.

Ted Ed is a great resource for many subjects to improve and strengthen lessons.

I think Ted Ed is a great tool to enhance a lesson. Many times students have learned to tune out a teacher and when work gets assigned a question pops up, what was that again? I believe Ted Ed engages students in a meaningful way with videos that grabs the students attention and captures their thoughts. The videos should be used as an enhancement of a lesson and rarely a the main source of our teaching. I like that videos are easy to search for and view. It navigates much like the popular youtube site and is very user friendly.

I think Ted Ed is an impressive sight for educators to become familiar with. Layering interactives, videos, and activities in lesson plans are essential for engaging and immersing our students into the lessons of today. The true power of these videos however, come from the reflection and discussion that follow. Use Ted Ed to set up a discussion in class, and leverage key points for students to reflect, respond, and even create against.

I find the TED ED lessons to be well thought out, relevant and useful in a modern 21st century classroom. The short duration of the lesson does not detract from "depth of knowledge". I can use this tool as the meat of my lesson or as an extension activity. As with the full blown TED Talks, students go from one lesson to the next to the next. Like potato chips, you can't stop at just one.

I greatly enjoy being able to find talks about relevant content for my students. Some clips can be used to motivate both students and teachers. Videos can also be used in professional development to provide differentiation as well as motivation for teachers.

Excellent resource for a variety of ages.

This is a great teaching tool when used as a support or enrichment tool. I use it when needing to find content that is not blocked by the Dept. of Ed. or when a short video is appropriate to introduce/support new content.

This website has been one of the greatest education tools for my lesson planning and for my students. It is usually my first stop for inspiration and ideas.

This product will catch the attention of middle school and high school and will cover some content that I may miss in my instruction. The only thing I can see is that it took a while for it to load on my computer.
