A perfect app for sending videos of explanations of problems to students!
I think that it is perfect for the flipped classroom. It gives you the ability to control your recording and do multiple takes until you get what you want to get across right so your students will get it.

Explain Everything helps me flip my classroom!
Explain Everything is a tool for me to flip my classroom. Currently I teach students who need some remediation in lessons they learn in the classroom. They also need to prepare for a high stakes exam. By recording with Explain Everything and then posting the lessons to schoology.com, my students are able to have individualized instruction.

Provides creativity and differentiation for all learners
You need a few minutes to explain the basics for use, but then let the students loose. There are too many features for you to teach it all, so don't be tempted. They will learn from each other and you will too. You can use it as a presentation tool or a practice tool. I like small group use because students can help each other learn, collaborate easily, and use features that speak to their strengths and improve their weaknesses.

This app is great for flipping lessons and student content creation!
This app is great for my own creation of flipped videos. All of my videos are made with this app. Students also create their own content on this app on a frequent basis. They love how it integrates with their google drive and youtube.

This is great for my flipped classroom!
Explain Everything is a great teaching tool for the flipped classroom. I really liked how easy it is to use. It is easy for the students to use to make their own videos as well. This tool is great for teachers to be able to show a quick example or produce an entire lessons for students to view. I like that it allows the user to upload documents or slides on which they can write. I did not like that it wasn't compatible with the equation program I use in my slides. If you don't need to have equations typed into the lesson, it is a great tool!

A wonderful and engaging way for teachers to conduct formative assessment showing what kids learned about any given topic.
Students are looking for exciting ways to show what they know, and creating, summarizing, and explaining (of course) becomes a breeze with EE. Teachers love having video archives to watch and grade anytime, anywhere. I love it, and it is very easy to use!

Great way for students to show what they know, and for teachers to create instructional videos.
This product has many uses. I have yet to explore the presentation aspect in depth, but looking at it as a way for teachers to allow students to verbally express how to do a variety of problems is a great tool! This tool is useful over the app Screenchomp (though Screenchomp is free), because you can add limitless new slides, allowing students to go through multiple-step problems, or many problems in one video. Issues with this app are at that you cannot exit the app while it exports the video, which can take a long time depending on the amount of content. However, I love that you can export as a PDF and print the slides, if you don't need the audio. It really is a one-stop shop!

I think this is a great app for students to share their learnings and teach others.
We had been using educreations but were struggling with its non-edit ability ( you couldn't edit post creation). We switched to this app because of its ability to edit. Within minutes the more tech intuitive students were rolling with it while others quickly followed.
