Although it is repetitive, the kids need that at this age. My kids are kindergarten and they need the repetition so that they can get those skills locked down so when I spiral the skills during math class there are no gaps. I don’t need holes in their map skills because there isn’t a lot of time to get them ready for state

This is great for my higher special education students to keep them up to date on what their gen ed peers are learning. I wish that it had more content for my students who are much lower.

This tool has been vital in making differentiation possible and manageable in my inclusion classroom. Data analysis and assigning lessons are easy. Love how it supports family understanding of conceptual mathematics.

I love it.

It is not the best teaching tool. It is a great resource to help students fill in gaps that they have from grade previously. It would be better if all standards were available and students could have more than 8 activities posted (or if the teacher could override certain concepts). Some of my students not on grade level struggle to be motivated to use DreamBox, so I have to include various incentives to encourage them to attempt problems and work for the allotted time.

I enjoy to product, though I would love if students had a bit more support or instruction within the app. Directions and instruction are short and sometimes not clear. I would love a help button that links to a lesson demo for when I am not available to step in.

I don't use it to teach. I teach first and then use it for skills practice. I like that it is easy to use.

I like this program, but I feel that students sometimes get frustrated with it. I am not able to assist with problems as it will believe the "student" knew the answer. Also, I feel that it is very repetitive and sometimes the students just learn the patterns vs learn the math. Once the pattern changes, they struggle until the learn the next pattern.

I love implementing DreamBox in the classroom and helping other teachers find ways to better use it as well. I love the ability to have students work on one thing they are missing or be challenged by something beyond what the whole group lesson is. This is an amazing tool that helps students at all levels in my classroom.
