Encourages problem solving strategies.
Fun, but it is really just a game. Kids will learn problem solving skills, but may get frustrated as it gets more difficult.

Engaging Game, Less Ed Value
This is a very engaging app, and does encourage problem solving, but I'm not sure it transfers over to any authentic learning.
