My Take
This resource makes learning times tables fun and really improves re-call. It also encourages the top learners to learn the timestables that are not expected for their year groups. For the students who struggle with maths it is not as good as there is no in built support or explanation for them, it also gets very frustrating for them as each session is timed and they will sit there for 90 seconds getting wrong answer after wrong answer. Use of the app helped my class to understand division quickly as their timestable knowledge was strong.
How I Use It
I have used this more to support learning outside the classroom rather than 'in class'. There is the option to set up competitions between genders, year groups and classes. It is essentially an interactive, timed times table test.
