I have had 0 success with Talking Points

This product is effective at allowing teachers to communicate with students and parents outside the classroom. This speeds up the process of getting information sent out and in a more organized fashion.

This app is simply a communication tool to use with parents. It works fine for sending relatively short messages with attached pictures. I find myself constantly rewording my messages to fit within the 320 character limit. I have come a cross several problems using the app and I haven't found that their service team was able to solve the problem appropriately. For example, if a parent deletes the app, there is no way for the Talking Points team nor the teacher to change their message delivery to SMS. I will not be using this app again next year.

The app is great for sending quick reminders or photos of forms/homework with a decently translated explanation.
