My Take
If your child is like mine and enjoys Minecraft or Nintendo's Animal Crossing, then he/she will love Smartick program. The more you work on the program, more "ticks" you receive. With that ticks, kids can purchase items to furnish their own house. It is such a fun feature that keeps motivating my child to do the program daily. My child did the program every single day for the last one year (that never happed with any other program).
How I Use It
I used this program to help my child to get into routine of daily math after school. It is a game-like feature iPad app and a short daily program (15-30 min) . It became my child's routine to complete this math program while she has a snack break when she comes home from school.
