My Take
I would say it is OK for most students that need a reference guide, but all of this information can be found on the Internet and usually with video explanations as well. There is no real need to purchase this app, unless you want a quick place to find information without having to search the web.
How I Use It
I would use this when students are doing independent practice problems. The student that needs notes to remember the steps in problem solving or the definitions of words should use this during homework time. It is an easy use guide to Pre-Algebra and nothing else. A quick reference guide to concepts taught in class.
