Padlet is a great way to collect students work, administer formative assessments and introduce your students to social media and digital citizenship.
My advice...stress the fact that they need to write their own name on the sticky note. I always make it part of the assignment and part of the overall grade...if you don't put your name on it, I can't give you credit for your participation.
How I Use It
For each lesson that I teach in my technology room, I have my students share their completed work as an attachment to their electronic Sticky note with the rest of the class. Once they are done sharing their own work with everyone, I have them look at each others work then leave sticky note comments for each other. In addition, I use Padlet for students to reflect on their own work, complete entrance slips as well as exit slips.
