My Take

Padlet is pretty intuitive for the students to navigate and create content. This could be a great way of students sharing content with classmates and teachers without flooding email. It's very interactive and students enjoy being able to share and discuss. there are character limits. The delete option is only available for the person who created the post or the teacher. At times, Padlet may require the teacher to go in and maneuver and manage the posts a little bit.

How I Use It

I set up a Padlet wall for each class. It's a great way to collect student submissions. If they created websites, Glogsters, or videos they could stick the URL on the wall. Padlet is also a great way for students to comment about content. I have had small groups work in a round robin situation and had the groups post sticky notes on Padlet that had all the content they needed to share with the rest of the class. Students can easily share with one another! It can get a little overwhelming with comments all over the wall. I would move them into columns, and have students post in columns, to make it easier to navigate.
