This program alleviates the fear of the Middle English words/wording for young students

My Take
I like the fact that my students can read at home if they're ill and keep up with their reading, watch scene videos and not get lost. They can take notes in the notebook and quiz themselves in every scene.
I do wish the notebook were easier to use and download from both the student and teacher side.
How I Use It
All of my English classes read at least one Shakespeare play each year. This software is helpful in many ways. It alleviates the fear of the Middle English words/wording of the language by providing a modern English translation, it provides scene summaries, performances of difficult scenes, "interviews" with each character throughout the course of the play, there are quizzes the students can take to check their learning, and a notebook where they can take notes which I can view to see if they are on the right track. There are many more engagement tools as well.
