My Take

I don't think that mathable is a teaching tool per se. It really is more of a digital practice tool. Students will need to have foundational knowledge of operating using all operations in order to successfully complete puzzle.

How I Use It

I would use mathable for a more puzzle based option for multi-operational practice. I liked that as kids got a grasp of the game, it challenged them to find ways to maximize their points by choosing the most viable math operation and tile placement. I didn't like that it seemed so difficult to understand. The embedded tutorials were no help at all.
