My Take
Support is always willing to listen my ideas and quick with any replies. Any issues that I have had have been taken seriously and with concern. Many other companies "talk" down to me as if I am not computer literate which is so frustrating and slows down the process! Thank you for helping me do my job!
How I Use It
I absolutley LOVE LiveSchool and so do my students! This is a way to celebrate the positives yet hold students accountable! We treat the school day like a job for our students and then reward their "checking accounts" when the have completed their assignments and show responsibility and respect. If they can't handle the daily routine, then points are deducted, and they will have less to spend at the school store. We ALL love this program, and parents love the fact that they can peek in on their child's day (good and bad)! Couldn't teach without it!
