My Take
It's definitely a fun game and any numerical practice is beneficial - but I don't really find the educational strategy value in this one.
How I Use It
The app is addictive and my own 5 year old loves to play, but it's not great as a teaching tool. It lacks solid math content and strategy. I've played a few times and still am not sure what the point is beyond the immediate match. Point system isn't clear either.

Challenging, critical thinking puzzle game, but lacking in educational content
While 'Just Get 10' is a fun number puzzle game, unfortunately it is not an app that I would recommend as a teaching tool. It engages critical thinking and problem-solving in a game format, but it lacks in keeping students engaged for long periods of time as there are no variations in the game. Additionally, no math skills are learned or enforced, it simply is a puzzle that happens to have numbers associated with it.
