My Take
This is a simple resource that provides students with basic information about idioms. I would use the "Lite" version and probably not spend any money purchasing the premium features. I don't think my students would use or find benefit in these features. However, they could use the Lite version as a start to finding idioms to use in their writing.
How I Use It
I would use the "Lite" version as a resource for my 5th and 6th grade students who are learning about idioms. They can find them quickly along with simple definitions and examples of how they might be used in a sentence. This can be very helpful to ELL's who need some help understanding some phrases we use in the English language. I would use it purely as a tool much like a dictionary.
